hood attatchment issues
I'm having a issue trying to bolt the hood on my truck and all the clips in the hood are stripped and rusted out, any ideas on what clips I need to buy to replace these old ones

They are just a normal "J" nut. Even though they are more U shaped. Take one of your old ones in to your local parts store for a sample. Also around here some Automotive Paint Stores carry misc. Body clips and retainers. Maybe your local ones do also.

Ace Hardware, Lowes, and possibly Home Depot carry these, 5/16 J nuts! I've gotten them from both Ace and Lowes. They also carry the proper body bolts.
