I took this out from behind the double back seat. Not too impressed. There is no room for a box with a 10 behind the seat with the rear window motor, seat bolts, and other **** in the way. Anyone put subs in yet?
I've always built my own. I don't have a new truck but in the old ones I would cut away all the carpet and padding under the rear window and build an L shaped wedge for the driver side. I built a standard wedge that fits on the passenger side. If I remember right, on the old cab, the wedge was 3.5" deep at the top and 7.5" deep on bottom. I think passenger side is 18" wide and driver side L 20"? It's been a while since I messed with them.
Does anybody know how long it should take to break in the sub?
I know I home theatre it took awhile.
When I got my 2015 platinum is sucked!
but improved over time.

like a kenwood DNX 893s?
sweet unit with the idata maestro link!
