Fob Question

I got a another fob for my 2009 F350. I put a new battery in it. I then followed the instructions to program it. And all went well. It worked great for one day. Then it stop working. I tried it again and got the same results - It works for one day then its stops. My other fob works fine day in day out. Am I missing something?

Maybe there's a tiny break or something inside the fob.

I bought 2 sets of FOBs on Amazon for my old 09 and 3 of them were great but the fourth would randomly loose the program, they were cheap enough I just tossed it.
For 7 bucks a pair I figured keep a spare, I am pretty hard on them.
