Endless brake issues

Hello everyone. I have a 1997 Ford F150 4.6 V8 Styleside 2wd 139" wheelbase pickup. Problem I'm having is I have a vibration in the front end at 40 mph and a low, intermittent humming noise as well. I have replaced the following parts, they are brand new: front rotors, calipers/brackets/pins, pads, bearings (both sides), rear drum shoes (both sides) and new hardware, master cylinder, parking brake cable (passenger rear), all 4 tires, which are brand new, and the tie rod ends on both sides as well. The truck shakes bad when I brake, no vibration in pedal nor does the steering wheel shake. It pulls to the left while driving as well. This has me baffled and frustrated. Also, any help with a parking brake cable replacement diagram and the correct length of the cables for it is extremely helpful and a diagnosis or what to check and how to check for the problems is appreciated!
