Injector #5 Failed Again!
Charred from the tip to the what use to be a white O-ring and the coper washer gone what should I do to make sure it doesn't happen again?
First guy a questioned the Tq value of 24 ft. lbs this time we did them together and I went to 28 ft lbs.
175 / 75's from Warren Diesel from ford new remans and now I have them all out going to 175 /30's
Should I do the #5 Cup or just clean thoroughly and install the new ones?
I used all new injector hold downs and oil rail bolts.
Also doing the oil rail seals and stand pipe dummy plug seals.
Anywhere I can rent the Cup Tool?

if it all burned up seals then normally is an internal inject problem
OEM is by far the best sticks to run I know your wanting that power but a Huge majority of Aftermarket Sticks are Not properly rebuilt
and you not the first to have bad sticks from warren
with that big injectors you really should have something more then the Blue Spring for fuel pressure
Need to get a regulated return going
if I had to guess there dying from Low fuel press
