Abs computer

I have looked at several different diagrams of the wiring in my 99.5 powerstroke and I cannot find my abs computer anywhere does anyone know where it is?

The ABS is located below the D/S Headlamp between the Fender and Radiator.

Yes, there is a rubber flap/cover over the unit. Why? I don't know. Looks I assume. Or, a way to hide it from people like you. Who knows. Just keep digging.
