There are several similar trucks out there with 3100# payload ratings, so I'd say 8400# with a full tank of fuel, no driver or passengers. There are a couple of CAT scale tickets that indicate that it may be a little lighter, say 8250#.
I am trying to find the exact curb weight because I am going to be very close on my ability to pull a 35' 5th wheel that has an aprox loaded 2750 lb tongue weight. Don't want to go to a DRW but the 11,500 GVWR of the SRW doesn't leave much room for payload. Any chance that the F350 SRW trucks in Job #2 will have a higher GVWR?
Your going to be pushing the upper load limits of the SRW. I just received my truck last week and have already pulled my 5th wheel. What a vast improvement over my old SRW truck. Tracks much better, handles better. I had always been told how much better towing with a dully was. Now I know and will always have a dully.
