Door lock cylinder replacment
Today I was in the process of replacing the lock cylinders on my 86 f250. I had bought some new oem lock cylinders off ebay for the truck well I knew the truck has maybe 93 to 96 doors didn't realize that the locks were different I even saw the instructional on YouTube like 5 times making sure I had good idea what I was gonna do. Now to my question is it possible getting my lock cylinders that are for 85 to 91 trucks to work with the 92 to 96 doors linkage rod? Is it possible to get a linkage rods from a older truck and use on these doors?
