1981 custom F150 heavy half wood truck

These came stock with 15 inch rims, 5 by 139.7 holes with about a 3 5/8 center bore not sure on the offset. I want to put a good used set of 16 inch rims so I can run a load range tire . Any options besides after market? I believe Dodge Ram 1994 are 16 inch same hole pattern not sure on the bore or offset.
I also have access to some free 1981 ford 250 rims which I believe are 16 inch but 8 hole.... if there is room to drill my bolt hole pattern that maybe an option ? thanks

Have you looked in the 15" tire size for LT (Light Truck) tires?

Load range what? Guessing you want D or E....

Here's a set of 16x7 5x5.5 cheap steelies - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00E5JEO3Q - center bore appears big enough. Zero offset. At 7" wide you'll probably need a 265 or 275 tire, which may cause clearance issues.

Looks good gives some ideas as I search craigslist . I am only to this rig for 1000.00 and the original owner put a new straight 6 in it a few years before I bought it. Just looking to keep the price down .

I would not cut the center out. It will weaken the wheel around the center. That turned up portion around the center hole is punched out and adds a lot of strength in that area.

We have a huge wrecking yard in Spokane , Wa about an hour south of me and a pull and save... I'll start looking on the ford years that take a 15" , 5 on 139.7 that someone has bought after market rims that are 16 " appreciate the input!
