I also start mine with command start in the winter and let it idle for 5 to 10 min. Eot will come up from below 0 to 25 out 30 degrees c in 10 min or so. Seems like it is warming up to me. Plus the supplemental heat thaws the window and the seats heat up nice. Always did the same or more on my crappy old 6.0 and got 270000 out of it. Head gasket replaced due to tune with no studs on that one thou, and a couple control modules. Pretty sure not due to the 10 min warm up thou.
