check engine

I washed my engine with just a garden hose, no soap (2000 4L) now have multiple trouble codes but it runs great and shifts fine. It's been two days check engine light has not cleared. Before I start pulling and checking connectors any ideas?

You can try running the self test on the engine computer to see what it's complaining about. It's most likely you got water into one or more of the electrical connectors. The self-test can point you in the right direction.
