2007 Expedition - Issues after changing Battery

2007 Ford Expedition Max XL

I had an issue with my truck battery last week. After a few episodes of jump starting it, driving it to various places throughout the day, I would come out to start my vehicle in the AM and the battery would be totally dead. Eventually, I tired of the game and changed the battery completely.

After I changed the battery, I no longer had any indicator lights beside the gear shifter, my Entertainment center screen (DVD Controller and NAV screen) is completely blank with no power) and the buttons above that navigation screen are no longer lit up. The buttons (Info, Reset, Setup, Hazard, Traction Control) still function when pressed, but are not lighted at night.

I cannot find a fuse that might have blown. Is there a common power source or electrical connection somewhere else that I can check? Behind the Entertainment Center or in the center console itself?

Thank you for any suggestions!
