Loose steering box

Hey guys, I'll start with a little back story. I bought my 1997 F250HD just over two years ago and one of its problems was loose steering. I ended up swapping in a dana 60 with all new parts along with a new steering box and pump and figured I wouldn't have another problem but over time my steering got more and more loose so I got pissed off and ripped off the store brand steering gear and installed one from red head. I immediately noticed better steering but after about 9 months the steering started getting loose again. My steering wheel was able to move almost two inches either way before the sector shaft started moving. I called red head who took back my box and sent me a new one under warranty. Once installed I noticed that the steering on center was a little stiff but I didn't care because at least it wasn't loose, but now I have less than 5000 miles on this box and it's already doing the same thing! This truck has ANOTHER brand new PS pump and the whole front end along with steering components are all dana-Spicer or moog with only 10,000 miles on them. Has anybody seen this before? I don't really want to go through the warranty process again and I will void the warranty if I adjust the steering box.

Thanks in advance for any help.
