First time ford owner.

Hi I'm new to the group. I have been a life time chevy owner. I now have my first Ford truck. But it's been a bumpy ride these last 6 years so far . I hope I'll get some helpful advice from this group to improve my ford experience. I have a 2010 F250 4x4 manual 6 speed, with less than 30k. Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide!

We can't give you suggestions unless we know what your truck is and the problems you are having.

2010 Ford Super duty F250 4x4 with 6spd manual 5.4L. It has less than 30k.
in the last year and a half, I have gone through 3 sets of brakes, several calipers. That make four sets of brakes counting what came with it. It's in the shop now. The last set lasted just under 3 months. All work had been done at Ford dealerships. I do mostly highway driving. They just keep locking up for no know reason. I have gone through 3 new p/u's and 4 new cars all with manual transmissions and my brakes have always lasted over 100k before need inguinal be replaced. I know it's not me! The dealership claims bad calipers? This many times in a row!? Ford company is paying for this last set atleast. Any help would be helpful.

Sounds like the dealer needs to evaluate the braking system. You may have a bad hose would be my guess. it may be plugged and not let fluid escape from the caliper. It has happened before. Hope you get this fixed.

Sounds like a winner I think.

Is it wearing all your pads out, or one specific side/corner?
