460 smoking

I need some help here. I'm about to junk this 460 and get a crate motor.... So I go ahead and did the top end. New lifters. Pushrods. Cam. I think bottom end is fine because it holds 75 psi cold and 40 warm at idle. Of oil pressure. When you rev the truck it doesn't smoke, only after the rev comes back down to idle. It smoke a tad of blue.
When I lean out the Idle mixture screws it does it less. Is it valve guide seals or gas? I don't smell oil. And it doesn't burn it.......

It can be done with the heads on, but you will probably need to find a shop to do it as you need a special tool to hold the valve and pull the spring etc, along with compressed air in the cylinder to keep the valves seated during all this.
