Sync

Hi have problems with Sync talking to me she just shut down and i cant get her to respond anybody got any idea how to fix this problem.

Might try a master reset. Had to do that in my F150 and it seemed to do the trick.

You don't say what year the truck is, but here are some master reset instructions:

On a couple of F150s that I had I also recall a way to reset by pulling the passenger side kick panel off and removing a fuse for a short period of time.

I agree with wh-7. A master reset is the perfect step to try. Which system do you have: http://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-t...c-version.html If you have a different system than the instructions Poncho450 provided, I'll post the link for your vehicle.
