You don't say what year the truck is, but here are some master reset instructions: https://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-...ml#/second-set
On a couple of F150s that I had I also recall a way to reset by pulling the passenger side kick panel off and removing a fuse for a short period of time.
Hi have problems with Sync talking to me she just shut down and i cant get her to respond anybody got any idea how to fix this problem.
Cheers

Hi baker51,
I agree with wh-7. A master reset is the perfect step to try. Which system do you have: http://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-t...c-version.html If you have a different system than the instructions Poncho450 provided, I'll post the link for your vehicle.
Personally I always though that SYNC was a huge pain in the butt with it's 911 warning every time the truck started. I also never found the voice response to be that responsive. So the last few trucks I've ditched the factory unit for an aftermarket double DIN.
