Sorry you do not like the answer. Maybe draw up a CAD drawing and take it to a machine shop for production. I am not sure what you are looking for. Maybe try some junk yards and see if they have a wrecked F250. I don't know any other suppliers, myself. Maybe someone else does but for proprietary items usually the dealer is the supplier or you make them yourself. Your choice.

Maybe I did not initially word my question properly.
I was looking for which model would be using a 2"/2.25" block that I could garner a part number and order from Ford. I also wasn't sure that my assumptions on the standard 250 at 3" was correct. Just thinking that for a lot on the forum it may be better to lower the rear an inch or so as opposed to raising the front.

Ii understand you better now . The F250 traditionally had the 2" blocks in both 2wd and 4wd. The last couple of years there have been mixed productions but for the 2016 trucks most appear to have been 4". Here is a link to a supplier of OEM Ford parts and the rear suspension page. Call or chat with them on the 800 number to confirm the size of the spacers. There is a right hand and left hand. Even if you do not purchase from them (they do discount) you will have the correct part number. I entered info for a 2015. REAR SUSPENSION for 2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty

Another thing to consider is if you get it dead level according to the tape measure, it may "look" lower in the rear, from the way the body is shaped on these new trucks. I say this because, from the above pics, this guy says his truck is level with the camper hooked up. By looking at the wheel well gaps in the front and rear, they do look the same, so it would probably be level if you put a tape to it, but to the eye, it looks lower in the rear. So if you want it to look level, you may want to keep the rear slightly higher than the front. I dont know this for sure, im just going off of what ive been seeing in pics.
Did not see it mentioned. Got to crawl under a F350 dually today and measure.
2.75" front
3" rear
Not much difference but some.

Now, we need to find out what the 2wd block size is. If it is still 2" then its only 1.25 shorter than the 4wd. that probably still wont be enough for level. From the pics ive seen so far of the 2wd, they look pretty low in the back, a lot more than 1.25". Maybe they also have a different leaf set up or something. I have no idea.

I will be going by another dealership tomorrow. I will check for a 2wd .
Sounds reminiscent of when the 99 superduties came out. All the 4x4 came with 4" rear block, after awhile ford started changing peoples out to a 2" because they were too high. I wonder if history will repeat itself?
