Seeking guru input

Hey guys... Need some input from the gurus.
Have a friends sister who is running a 99F350 PSD and is having some issues. No real details other than the print outs. I can probably get what it isn't or is doing if needed.
I work on mine without problems but I have never been one to really diagnose from print outs.
So... I have a few screen shots of what she has. Any thoughts on the issues?
Thanks all!

I would check the connectors on the harness at & under the valve cover. Maybe do the 50 cent mod.

It looks like it may have come come loose.

Even cylinders are on the drivers side. odd on the passenger side.

Well that is easy enough. Guess I didn't look at the printouts close enough. Replacing the UVCH and then re-torque the injectors once I am in there.
So far seems easy work.

UVCH link in my signature will get you there.

MAP and EBP of 10 PSI? Where is this, in the Rockies?

Yes it is in the Rockies.
As for the UVCH, that isn't an issue. done enough of those.

UPDATE: I did get some more info from her....
2002 Ford F250 Super Duty, 7.3L Diesel Powerstroke (purchased used in 2009) from one of those “We buy at auction and sell them” places. The truck had been used pretty hard.

In October of 2015 the engine blew up and was replaced with an engine rebuilt by Jasper

At that time, the injectors were not replaced, but I knew they were bad

In July of 2016 I had the injectors replaced with NEW ones (not rebuilt) and a used turbo installed. The previous turbo had some sort of gate valve that got stuck shut.

While the truck now appears to run pretty well, the check engine light stays on EXCEPT while coasting, at which time it turns off. It also stays off while applying “gas” when the engine is cold.

I had a local kid with a SnapOn MODIS computer hook it up and run some diagnostics. Attached are the screen shots of those tests. The LCD of the monitor has some burned out pixels, hence the dark squiggly spots.

I really don’t know what to do to fix it.

Clear all the codes and check to see what is there when the light comes back on. 1211 is my guess. ICP seems a tad low, but it might be from the elevation. IPR duty cycle seems low too.

Agreed on the low IPR DC, 6% ain't right. Makes me want to pull the IPR harness connector to look for oil seepage. And install new CPS, since that's low hanging fruit.

Be nice to see readings while driving too, all that looks like idle only.

I overlooked that IPR. That one is easy-peasy - pull the ICP sensor connector and inspect for oil. Clean it with electric contact cleaner, hook it up, and get a fresh reading. If the IPR jumps up to 8-11% - bad ICP sensor. If it stays at 6%, I still strongly suspect the ICP sensor. OEM replacement or... likely buy the right one after the first replacement is a fail.
