High Boys were available as Regular & Crew Cab: Cab & Chassis (no back of cab equipment) and Styleside & Flareside pickups.
No F100/350 2WD is a High Boy, neither are F100/150 4WD's or 1979 and later F350 4WD's.

Last High Boy assembled before serial number Y20,001 which occurred mid-model year (77.5 - February) 1977.
High Boys were available as Regular & Crew Cab: Cab & Chassis (no back of cab equipment) and Styleside & Flareside pickups.
No F100/350 2WD is a High Boy, neither are F100/150 4WD's.

No 2WD anything is a High Boy!
High Boys: 1967/76 F250 4WD & 1977 F250 4WD before serial number Y20,001.
All 1967/77 High Boys have a divorced transfer case and an in-cab fuel tank. The High Boys width between the inner frame rails behind the cab: 33 1/2."

Ah, you didn't mention that in the first post(:. Thanks for the clarification, wish mine was a 4WD cuz then it would hopefully be a High-Boy, but alas, it wasn't meant to be!

Conlan, welcome! Glad to hear that you like Highboy Fords, so do a lot of us here. There is a ton of information on the site. Use the "Advanced Search" feature if you have something specific you are looking for info on. If you can't find what you are looking for, feel free to post a specific question and more than likely someone will respond. Be specific though. Asking for "Tips and Tricks" or "What you've done with your truck" is too vague.... leads to Custer at Little Big Horn.
Don't forget about the stickies at the top that are FULL of solid info. Read, read , read until your eyes bug out from looking at your screen. Then go work on your truck to exercise what you've learned!
