Here's what I think is the issue. I can "feel" the humming coming from these hoses. If I wiggle them it seems to make minor changes to the humming noise. Further thoughts?
Update: Saw that the lines run to the fuel cooler. Opened the fuel cooler cap and saw that it was super low. I couldn't feel the fluid with my fingers, that's how low it was. Do I just add 50/50 antifreeze gold in there to top it off?
Long story short...yes top it off with 50/50 mix.......As far as the noise...that's usually caused from air in the system.....makes the fuel cooler pump noisy which is probably the noise that you hear. If pumps still noisy after you top if off then air will have to be bled out..and that's a tricky job to do...not bad but tricky. I'll explain if needed once you top it off and it's still noisy. Also find the leak so it doesn't go low again.

Spot on! Air in system. Vacuumed it, threw pressure with coolant and noise is gone. No visible leaks. Wondering when they changed the radiator they didn't top it off?
Question, what's that small hose to the back side of the fuel cooler resivoir that just hangs? Is it to bleed out in case too much pressure builds? It's like 6 in long and is open.

Yes that's the overflow.....You have a vacuum coolant filler...nice....ok not such a tricky job to get air out lol
