Grounds::: What am I missing?

So I have read through multiple threads about where grounds are and what to look for. I have replaced a few but my dash works intermittently. (Mainly my gas gauge and tach are what I want working.)

New cables from pos to solenoid
New cables from solenoid to starter
New cable from neg to engine block
New cable Block to cab (driver side under steering column.

I have looked and examined my cables under the dash but dont see anything this is in bad shape. Everything is grounded. Bolts and nuts replace where applicable. They will randomly just kick on. And when they do they stay on. If it rains they stay on.

I dont know. Im kinda confused.

Aftermarket, add-on tach? It would be an isolated circuit.... move on to looking at the power and signal side.

For the sender, trace the wire for breaks or an intermittent connection. Grounding the signal wire should peg the gauge.. while under observation, wiggle and jiggle the wire along its route.

Need to add a ground to the frame also. Engine and cab are isolated.
