How to regen
My truck is a 2015 F350 6.7 . She has asked a 2 times for acceptance to regen but I was not able to push the OK when I noticed it or have the time to drive it is there a way to manually do it before it feels all the way up or a device thank you

'she' won't ask permission. The ok is just a standard for pop up messages. When you see that you are in fact in regen, and message leaves promptly. The only other message that happens with regen is 'drive to clean' and that is if your drive times are too short for enough regens's to keep filter soot levels down.

Usually it will just flash for a second or two saying exhaust filter cleaning. The OK is just to acknowledge the alarm. No need to hit OK, it will start the regen in its own. If you shut the truck off it will just restart the next time it is full, depending on how much was burned off before the truck was shut down. Now if it tells you drive to clean exhaust filter then you need to do just that, drive to clean.
