Head gaskets

How do i tell which size my head gaskets are 18mm or 20mm and should I go with Ford gaskets or Black Diamond gaskets

And what was the build date? I'd say check the FICM date, but so many of those have been changed out...

And Ford gaskets are what most use, but others will chime in with options that will work...
