Hard start

T444E engine hard start. We had change the mounting gasket on the high vol. oil pump. When engine is running it runs O.k. But when we shut it down and wait for about 5 mins. While starting, engine cranks for about 5 to 8 sec. before cranking up.
Any suggestions?

Hard start

check to make sure oil resivor is not draining. If so, you would have to crank a long time to get oil back into resivor for the injectors to start working properly.
