Help!

Hey there guys I`ve been having a bunch of issues with my pickup since the day i bought it. Im still trying to figure out what all the PO did before i got it I know he did the EFI to 2BBL swap but Im not sure what all else has been done and now im having really bad electrical issues as well as the no start issue. is there anybody down here in the southern tier that has down an EFI to Carb swap that could take a look. Ill gladly pay you for your time.

Quite a distance from you but, my 86 F250 351 is carbed, as a 85 and 87 F250 460s. Maybe a donor truck to grab the harness from...
