Carb to EFI swap?

When did Ford introduce EFI on the 351W engine in the F250? I have a carburated 86 that has had an engine fire, so carb, wires, vacuum lines and sensors are toast. I have found a rusty but complete 89 F-250 as a possible parts donor to get mine up and running again. Has anyone done this conversion? What parts need to be moved?
Thanks

ok the 5.8 started efi in 88 so that 89 would work great. if you can buy the whole truck that will be your best choice. you will need to swap over the motor, engine harness, gas tanks , fuel lines etc.. with the donor rig right there this swap should be easy
