Hi all,
I recently bought myself an '89 F150 with the 302w in it. I am having some issues with a number of the gauges not functioning ( fuel, temp, oil pres, tach) and I suspect the issue to be in the instrument cluster rather than the senders etc.
I believe the instrument clusters in the Aus built f150s are different to those in the US model and my question was if anyone has had any experience repairing these gauges or if the cluster was a common part with any other Aus build Fords, a falcon for example?
IIRC, that model's whole dash assembly was a widened version of the XF Falcon, but have no experience personally
On edit: I take that back. Had a look at a few images. Looks to be a *******ised version of the US one. There are some F series wreckers here that should be able to help you out.
