SWB Frame replacement

Hey guys, will a 65 F100 frame work under a 72 body? I want to start my frame before I buy the truck. Can get a grat buy on one and just want to know. I have the CV sub already. Thanks!

I do know that there are some differences
like the frame rail height
I would build the correct frame for the truck

You're right! I'll stick with the same series. Maybe I'll change which series I build. I just want a solid truck to build. This will probably be my last one.
Thanks

IIRC the frame is the same from 65-72, the cab mounting points are the same through 79, but the frame changed behind the cab in 73.

Agree with Jared, chassis pretty much same 65-72, you should be able to use it no problems.
