AC Compressor Cycling 91 f150

The ac compressor is cycling on and off approximately every 30 seconds. The system has been converted to 134. I am on the 5th compressor, 3 clutch and replaced the condensor due to trash from the last compressor plugging it up. The orifice has been changed.

Any thoughts?

It sounds like you are low on refrigerant and the low pressure switch is cycling it on and off.

I have check the pressue and it is within specs. Any other thoughts? Is there a switch somewhere that controlls the cycle?

Yes, there is a low pressure cutout switch that cuts out your magnetic clutch when the low side pressure drops to around 20 psi. It is usually mounted on the suction accumulator. It cuts back in around 40 psi. If your system is low on refrigerant it will cycle the clutch continously.
