460 cam? Or compression?

I got a 460 in my highboy on 39s
460 external valence
D3ve heads with exhaust porting and dual valve springs and dampeners
Stock Pistons. 9:0:1???????
292 duration 520 lift 107 lobe seperation cam
Eddy intake performer rpm
Holley 750. And not sure if the timing is advanced or retarded
Problem... No matter what I do with the carb it has a small bog when you take off.

Truck pulls amazing from 2-5500. But 1000-1700 ish is a little lazy. I'm thinking more compression? Because im over cammed. Or should I advance my cam timing??? Pleasehelp

Your compression might be a little low for that cam, but you need to know where your timing set is at. I would think straight up timing would def help, if it has retarded timing presently. Otherwise, that can should have a little more compression anyway. 9.5 would be better.
