My scangauge II won't show me a value for ebp. I programmed it to show this parameter. Is it possible the ebp sensor is deleted from the engine? Is that even something that can be deleted? I'm not sure exactly where it should be to look to see if it's still there.

If I'm not mistaken the EBP in the 03 is not used by the PCM. It should be by the thermostat housing or there abouts.
I contacted the manufacturer and told them I have Superduty 6.0 diesel, here is their response:
Fuel pressure is a standard gauge on the ScanGaugeII labeled FPR. If this gauge does not report, then there is an XGauge code available for this sensor. Using the following link https://www.scangauge.com/x-gauge-co...pecific-cansf/ you can access the XGauge for fuel pressure. On page 40 of the user manual you will find instructions on how to enter this code. If you have any questions, please let me know.

She's telling you generic info pertaining to newer vehicles such as GM gassers. There is a PID available for fuel pressure that you can monitor but NOT on a 6.0 diesel.
If only Ford had put that in. It would of saved a lot of problems IMHO.
It sure couldn't have hurt especially if they had set it up to throw the wrench light like they did in the programming in the later truck for when the oil and coolant temps get to far apart.
To the op it doesn't matter how may times you ask liner logic the same question and they tell you it will work you have received the real answer here several times. Ford did not include a fuel pressure sensor so no matter how nice you ask the scangauge what the fuel pressure is it can't tell you. No sensor = no data. If you want to monitor fuel pressure you either need a stand alone gauge or an edge insight cts with the fuel pressure sending unit.

She's telling you it's available on the SCANGAUGEII... which it most likely is....what she evidently doesn't realize is that the 6.0 doesn't have a FP sensor nor is it programed into the 6.0 PCM. Like the previous poster said....Scangauge can't read what it can't see.
