I wish I known before I started, but it's to late to turn back now.
I am doing a frame off resto on a 63 f100 4x4 flairside. Have all body panels, frame and brakes done going to finally start putting truck back together. Then I find out they don't make cab or rad support mounts for 4x4s. I was hoping someone out there maybe has some they could sell? Or is this a lost cause and I should give up looking?
Thank you
Alright so they don't make these parts I am looking for, and I read a post from number dummy that said improvise using tires.
So my next question is can anybody tell me how thick, so the cab sits right and the rest of the panels line up.
Or does anybody make a body lift kit for this truck then it would come with all the mounts I need.
Improvise. Years ago I used (free) 1" bolts and chunks of discarded conveyor belt to replace mounts. I was very impressed with my handiwork. I might not be so impressed now, but I had a problem and no money to solve it with.

This is what the radiator support mount bolts should look like.
Yeah, are you just trying to tease me? I know what they look like I took them off the truck. I need to know where to find them mine are to far gone to put back on.
Did you make those core support mounts? Or find them some where?
How about a 3D printer for the cab to frame mounts.
I seem to remember part of a thread where a member said someone made some mounts for him using water jets to cut the rubber. Anyone remember that thread?
I am sorry sarcasm doesn't work in text, when I asked if you were teasing me. Although your (hy-guy) post does read " these are the mounts you are looking for" so I responded with I know what I am looking for.
So is this how this web site works? Where senior users talk down to the new one asking questions? What a waste of my time, glad I didn't waste my money subscribing to this site.if I hurt your feeling it's time grow up.
I am going to contact him again, he said my diagram was too detailed for his machine, I guess his is only a 1 axis cutter and they can turn the material once.
Here is my diagram,
Another member who did have his made used this diagram... (his was manufactured)
I also contacted a company about making some using my diagram... but they wanted $1200 for a mold... not enough of these trucks around for that kinda money.
Very odd, not at all what mine looked like on my 64 F350. I mean same concept, but my springs were way longer.
That is true. The 4x4's up to the F600 models used the taller springs. The shorter ones I showed were used mainly in the unibodies to help the body flex more. The picture is just for reference to what they look like.
