96 powerstroke problems

need help my truck wont start
it started out like after i first fired it up and ran for 10 min or so it would act like it ran out of fuel but would fire back up. till now it will just turn over but if i use either it will fire and run till i turn it off.
i put a new electric fuel sysytem in it getting 63 psi to the heads
put a new cam sensor in it
had the computer rebuilt
put a new high pressure oil pump in it
put a new low oil pressure pump in it
put new o-rings on injectors
i have had this truck to two mechanic one said it was injector o-rings and the other said it was high pressure oil pump then it was low oil pressure pump
i just want my truck back on the road miss driving it

You opened up the fuel system and the high pressure oil system. It takes time to bleed them out. Do not use starter fluid, if you must then disable the glow plugs before you ruin your motor.

What about your IPR sensor and ICP sensor have you checked those out? If the ICP has oil on the connector it's likely toast. Try to start it up with the ICP unplugged.

What about the tech folders that have all of the no-start and poor performance information? How many of these "my truck runs like sh**" threads do we need?
