Lower steering shaft source?

Lower steering shaft source?
Its showing as part number 3C662 in my ford repair manuel and I can't seem to find it anywhere. While I was doing some other work in the area I noticed there is play in the lower u-join on the lower steering shaft, it doesn't look user replaceable.

NOS PARTS SOURCE in Olathe KS has 1 = 913-220-5746.
No Ford dealer, no other obsolete parts vendor has either part number.
