Why even spend money on hubcaps such as the simulators? Why not use the stock small hubcaps with the steel wheels. You can find new steel wheels on eBay fairly reasonable.
I just took the aluminums off my 2015 and went with the stock steel wheels. To me, the gray with no hubcap looks as good as the aluminum. I was surprised at the weigh difference being a low as it was between the steel and aluminum wheels. The late model steel wheels weighed 42# and the aluminum weighed 27#. The steels only added 60# to the weight of the truck.
Trashy?.....nice comment for a guy looking for some info. I had a '97 Superduty that came with the steel wheels, the previous owner added nice stainless simulators and I think it looked a hell of a lot better.
To the OP, you can find the simulators on ebay or any truck parts store. Just get the stainless versions.
I like the Sims, stainless looks better than aluminum and you still have steel wheels for durability. They should slide on over wheel studs and lugs hold them on.
