I have 2006 6.0 powerstroke I replaced head gaskets deleted egr and replaced oil cooler now the truck goes into lope mode at idle has a icp code I took a icp out of another motor that is running fine and it didn't change anything on mine I can't remember how many volts was goin to it but at idle its was gettin 865 pounds of oil pressure

What is the truck doing. Because when you say link mode that usually means a derated fuel delivery. Do you have any CEL lamps lit of the
wrench lamp lit? Are there any other codes that have you found? Have you tried just unplugging the ICP sensor to put it in default mode?
BTW when in default mode it will give a ICP reading (it's just an assumed pressure). I take it you have worked all the air out of the HPOP system
after all the work that you have done.
