Camera systems

I had an F 350 Platinum Ultimate that had an ETA of 8/22, which of course has not arrived yet. The dealer was told today that it has been sent back to production , with no explanation. Also today another dealer in the Atlanta area said they had just spoke with the Ford rep and she said no trucks with the ultimate camera package have been delivered.
Does anyone know if that's true ?
Was curious if any of the Lariats that are showing up have the camera package on them.
Thanks.

You have 6 cameras technically, the 7th would be on the rear of a trailer. 🙃

I was counting the one behind the rearview mirror. Its used for lane departure though

Thats the seventh one. There is two on the tailgate, one in center brake light up high, one in each side mirror, one behind rearview mirror, and one in the front grill. Dont think you can view the camera in the rearview mirror though.

One is in the center of the tail gate the other is to the right. Think it has more to do with the trailer backing system.

I think the one on the right is a sensor and not a camera.

There appears to be 3 package options...each next one getting what was in the lower ones package...like XL...XLT...Lariat etc. The numbers are 871-Rear View Camera, 873-Rear CHMSL Camera, and 874-Ulitimate Trailer Tow Camera System. 874 has all the goodies that 871 and 873 include. Here are the details from the guide....

871-Rear View Camera (Electrochromic Mirror w/video display on XL; XL with 96V Value Package, XLT and Lariat display in center stack Screen; NA w/66D Pick Up Box Delete or 557 Airbag Delete)
873- Rear CHMSL Camera (display in center stack screen; includes LED Center High-mounted Stop Lamp (CHMSL) with Cargo Light and Rear Video Camera; NA w/Pickup Box Deleted (66D); req. 96V Value Pkg. or 585 AM/FM Stereo Single/CD for Fleet on XL)
874 - Ultimate Trailer Tow Camera System (includes Rear View Camera, 360 degree camera system, rear CHMSL camera, Trailer Reverse Guidance and LED Center High-mounted Stop Lamp); display in center stack screen; req. Has anyone actually received a truck with the extra camera to mount on the rear of the trailer? Still trying to find out the cable length. Through the Build site chat, I finally got an email from the Brand Manager saying there was an accessory 54' cable available, but no explanation as to what length comes with it, if the 54' cable can be added to the base cable, or how much additional the "accessory cable" would run. I spoke with my dealer a week ago, but I still haven't heard back. Another place where I can't believe Ford expects people to purchase something that no one can give details on.
