GT40p heads would add about 10-20 hp (depending on comp ratio, wear and tear on engine), adding roller rockers would free up another 5 ponies....

in order to run gt40p heads one must use MAC headers due to spark plug angle.

GT-40 Heads

there are GT-40s and GT-40p's.

The GT40's have 1.85"/1.54" valves, GT40P's have 1.85"/1.46" valves, and the stock E7TE's have 1.78"/1.46" valves.

And all need to be replaced for something that would actually let the 351w breathe....lol.

No flame intended here, but compared to what. The flow numbers look pretty good to me for a stock head. And even
better when ported. It was the design of the combustion chamber that allowed for a smaller, better breathing head.

and on top of that it can raise compression because of the smaller combustion chambers

Compared to something aftermarket...or better. AFR, X303, the list is getting a bit longer...have already seen a few tests with the 351w/gt40p combo....about the same as an D0OE head and a good cam. For my money, if I am going to buy any heads in the future, I am going with AFR.
