Thanks for the information on the engine, is there anyways to tell for sure what they are besides counting valve cover bolts? Apparently he has the numbers matching 302 in his garage but I haven't look for it. We're trying to get his place cleaned up so I can probably start working on it this summer. The more I plunder the more parts I find for 1973-79 fords.
On on another note did all FreeWheeling trucks come with the black bumpers and mirrors? This one has chrome but the adds say black bumpers and mirrors. Was it just another option you could pick on the truck?
