Gauge installed. PID #'s question.

Got my CTS2 installed yesterday. My boos is very low, gotta find the link. From what I'm seeing, and I'm still learning, nothing else seems too far off. This is WOT with my TS on stock. What say you fellas? Anything else I should monitor?

First pic is hot idle, stock setting on the TS.

You can build a boost leak detector for a few bucks, just do a search for the term.

Is your EGT sensor on the exhaust manifold?

Yes, drivers side just before the up pipe.

**MAKE A BOOST LEAK TEST CAP**
Using a 3 1/2" PVC CAP from just about any Hardware Store, drill a hole into the cap for a 1/4" Male Air Line Fitting which will work with YOUR air compressor, Tap (.250 NPT) and install.

Pick up a 3-3/4" Worm Drive Clamp. This will secure the test cap to the intake side of the Turbocharger.
Pick up an inexpensive in-line air regulator with a gauge of 0 - 50 psig (minimum).

USE: Remove Intake Hose AT Turbocharger and install Boot Test Cap.
Connect Air Hose and SLOWLY increase the air pressure to between 15-20 psig. Do not exceed 20 psig as damage to a seal or similar item may occur.

Listening, attempt to identify anywhere air may be escaping. And, using a spray bottle with soapy water, spray all fittings of the CAC and Turbocharger System.

Tighten and/or replace parts as necessary. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE CAC CLAMPS! They are designed to be tightened just past where the spring begins to compress. Overtightening will damage clamps requiring replacement and causing Boost Leaks.

Thank you. Have parts in hand and will report back my findings.

Word of caution. clean the inside of the boot before installing tester and do not stand directly in front of the tester until your sure it's staying put. 25 to 30 psi can really launch one of these things. Don't ask how I know this.

Also make sure you do it directly on the turbo and not oN the intake tube, or you will pressurize the CCV and your engine will become a small oil fountain.

Well, I did it and found some leaks. Is it common for the ccv bracket to leak? Seams I have one there. Also found some leaking boots that needed tightened, as well as both the red and green vacuum hoses.

The CCV is under vacuum, not boost. You don't want anything CCV in the pressure test.

Did the test again, but the right way this time. Found a couple more that I fixed. Still only seeing a max of 14psi with the red tube plugged. Doesn't matter if I'm on the stock setting or 100 HP.

Nothing obvious. I know I have a very small manifold leak on the p/s.
