Maybe Im confused here.. But I just bought a 16 reg cab with the 2.7. Ive been driving a loaner for the last few days that has the same motor. It does have a switch on the dash to disable the auto stop feature.

Yea but that resets after you shut off the vehicle. I think these guys were looking for a permanent off which I haven't tested but can see an option for it in my display center in the gauge cluster on mine.
