Normal use. Every six months, or 12,000 kms. Severe use. Every six months or 8,000 kms. Something else to consider is engine hour count. Recommended oil change interval based on engine hour count is every 200 hours. Those are manufacturer recommendations. Fuel filter changes are recommended every other oil change. DEF refills are recommended at every service.

These trucks are B20 compatible meaning you can use up to 20% concentration of bio-diesel fuel, unlike the previous 6.0L/6.4L trucks which were only B5 compatible
On MY 2016 F-250 6.7L CCSB 4x4, I have changed my oil every 5,000 kms. (3,000 miles) using Mobil Delvac 5W40 full synthetic oil since I picked it up new, and changed fuel filters every other oil change. Since keeping track, I seem to average about 120 hours between oil changes.

Service depends on whether you fit the normal or severe service. The manual has a definition for severe service, which is so broad that almost EVERYONE falls into it. I go by the truck for oil changes (usually around 6k miles), tire rotations are 7500 miles (No clue how that translates to KM), fuel filter I do before 15k miles (but that is what the manual says), and 30k miles or if the filtr minder says so, I change the air filter.

B20 = Biodiesel at 20% bio to 80% regular diesel. You are certified to run up to the 20% biodiesel amount. Less to none is OK as well. Being in Canada, you might have a problem finding it and you can't really run it in winter because it gels faster than regular diesel. I do like running it when I can - which now is never because I moved to Alaska.

On Edit: Do what m-chan says... He is a ford diesel mechanic... I follow the book - although I do use a full syn 5w-40 as well... Ohh if you run Bio you are supposed to change the oil every 3k miles. I don't, so I just let the truck tell me or if I run a vehicle health report and I know I am getting close I do it early.
