If I hadn't bought my Grandpa's truck in 1977 I wouldn't have an appreciation for old Ford Trucks....

So I'd probably wish I had kept one of my old cars to drive around.

My 53 that I drove daily for 8 years has been sidelined for the moment so that I can work on the remodel of the house we are living in. Hopefully I can finish the house in the next year or so.

I'd probably have about 100 bee hives - and make a full perimeter line of them around the house. But since they cost about $400 apiece (including the bees) it's less expensive to work on old trucks. And I do like some of my neighbors - that many bees would probably make them uncomfortable....

Spending money on the other big hobby - photography, some of which involves photographing other people's car projects. More satisfying when its your own.

Tinkering on SOMETHING. Can't help it.

Back injury..........and OLD'ness keeps me off the motorcycles, mountain bikes, rock crawlers, snow and water skis and all the other stuff I used to enjoy. I also enjoy photography but still having difficulty moving on from FILM.

Over did it the other day and was back to a walker for the weekend. I still can't stop. If I ever end up in a wheel chair it will be a BAD *** wheel chair.

Like Dave said, it IS in the blood.

I would have to be making something, I have already built all the flower beds my dear hunny is going to need. I don't golf anymore, ( toasted neck and back bones)....I haven't fished in a while. Dag nabit, I'm going back out to look at and daydream and may be do some more of that nasty sanding and stuff.... I need this truck built so I can go pull that boat and go fishing.

If I didn't have my auto projects, I'd be parking my daily driver in the garage. And if I didn't have the 48, I probably would have kept my Ranger.

I have several home improvement projects on my mind. I suppose I'd be spending more time working on those.
