So I know this is a temporary solution, but not sure if others are as aware of it.
So when I got my Ex the lights were already cloudy. Bought a set of aftermarket clear ones on Amazon and they looked OK for maybe 2 years, then started to cloud as well.
I took some Flitz that I have and decided to do a quick polish.
Not perfect, but pretty good all things considered.
A note about the cheap headlights...the passenger side is already 'splitting open' on the top. Luckily no water or condensation seems to be accumulating, but still.
Good looking out. I have those MKM one piece units with the LEDs. Not impressed with the beam pattern at all, keep meaning to get some OEM ones instead.
Mine are clouded up, but they also have mud and silt INSIDE them from terrible seals and the flooding in Houston a while back. Water over the hood will do that, amazingly the door seal mod kept the water out of the thing.
I got the whole she-bang from A1auto for $105 to the door. The beam pattern isn't perfect but they look great. Co-worker saw them and asked me where I got them and he ordered a set for his wife's X, he's happy with them. If they last 3-4 years I'll just buy another set.

The closest to OEM quality I have found are the TYC NSF certified ones available Through rockauto.com
Fit was spot on,
beam pattern is good in both vertical cutoff and bleed.
Almost 2 years old and my lens are as clear as when I bought them
If you want the 1 piece type look up 2005 F250 instead of your year excursion
