I plan to upgrade to 4.30 gears this winter or spring. Are there any PCM changes that are needed? And I assume my speedo be off ~15% due to the changes? If so, can it be corrected with a 5 Star tune?
I have the EB interior, and all of my seats are in excellent condition, with one exception. The driver's seat armrest is starting to crack/rip. Has anyone had just the armrest reupholstered or have any other fixes for it? I haven't called to any upholstery shops, so I don't know if having just one small item would be more $$ than it's worth.

Speedo/odometer are driven off a tone ring mounted on the ring gear in the rear differential, a gear change will not affect them. Since it's on the ring gear they are actually reading rear axle/tire revs per mile, so while they will be unchanged by a gear ratio change a tire size change will alter the readings.
