Since theres no power to the switch are you sure you checked the correct fuse?
The online diagrams are fuzzy so i cant read the fuse number, but it's a 15 amp in the engine compartment fuse box. Should be a diagram on the underside of the lid.

All fuses are good and accounted for.
One thing to note, is a long time ago I jumpered the NSS to save nearly $50
Not sure if there is a correlation, as the reverse lights worked fine after the modification.
To date, I've replaced both bulbs and the reverse light switch; and getting 0 power to anything. Not even voltage on the input side of the reverse switch.
