6.0 fuel issues

I have a 2005 f250 that has been giving me fuel pressure issues lately. Got gauges a couple weeks ago and noticed fuel psi was low 50s at idle then would drop while driving and go down to 30 or so at wot. The filters only had 5k on them and I had already done blue spring so I went ahead and replaced the frame mounted pump with a racor unit. Psi went up to around 60 at idle and wot around 40. Last Tuesday I changed the filters and put in a new Blue spring with seals. Psi was perfect after that. Low 70s at idle and 55ish at wot.

This continued all week then Saturday I let my parents borrow the truck to go pick up furniture for their new home. They drove it roughly a 450mile round trip. As of today it cranked for a bit before startup and the psi was around 50 at idle. At wot I was able to drop it to 20psi. I can't hear the frame mounted pump running but then again I don't remember if I could before. Old pump must have been thrown out otherwise I'd see if that changed anything.

Any ideas?

After 45 seconds or so idle psi raises to around 60-63 then drops with throttle

When you changed the filters last time, did it look like there was a bunch of crap in them? You may need to pull the tank to clean it or check for cracks in the pickup foot/tube.

They didn't look too bad, I'll throw some pics up of the old filters when I get home

It just seems odd the issue would be fixed for 4 days then come back. I can't figure that one out

I would start looking at the pickup in the tank
