Rough Idle

I have a 2003, 6.0

When the truck is Idleing the RPM'S keep dropping like it is going to stall, Then at the last moment before it sounds like it's going to stall, the throttle kicks in and the truck almost over compensates and reves to high. I don't know what is causing this and also my concern is what if it does this while in drive and I'm not ready for it. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Low fuel pressure? Check youre fuel filters. You could have a fuel pump or injector issue. If you have under 100K it should be unde warrantee with a $100 co pay. good luck.
