Looks like you have had many challenges with your F350 just as I am encountering. Sometimes it's a fun day, sometimes it's a frustrating day! Lookin good always one of my sticking points ( good gaps and closing ) . I have a long way before that point . Are you using stock hinges and are they closing good ?

 

Yes, putting in the door window channel and window fuzzies. They're proving to be quite the challenge.
