Leak down and crankcase vac.

I'm running total seal rings and when I run a leakdown test I get "zero", i.e. no leakage at all. As soon as I turn the engine over a little it will start to leak. Anyone have experience with these rings.

Also I run a restrictor in the pvc system to exert a vacuum on the crankcase. 5- 10". Without this restriction I have what amounts to a huge vacuum leak (Speed Demon carb), making it impossible to tune the carb idle. Again any exerience with this?

The wife says if I don't have anything to fix I'll make something up!
